Minnesota Vikings: There is a lot to like about the 2015 Minnesota Vikings’ offense. The long anticipated return of Adrian Peterson will make all the headlines and rightfully so. But there are other offensive players who could see big boosts in their stats by playing another year under offensive coordinator Norv Turner, who can be an offensive genius with the right set of players.
