Key injuries to watch: Patrick Mahomes (KC)

  • Ryan Fitzpatrick, Dolphins @ Giants … the ‘Fins have thrown the ball almost 40 times in each of the last 4 games and the Giants have allowed over 300 yards passing in 5 of 12 games -- two positive data points for owner who need Fitzpatrick in the semis
  • Ryan Tannehill, Titans v. Texans … After almost throwing for 400 yards in week 14 and a nicked up Derrick Henry, Tennessee might be forced to pass some more against a Houston defense that has allowed at least 3 TDs in 7 of the last 9 games

Running Backs…

Key injuries to watch: Derrius Guice (WAS), Josh Jacobs (OAK), Le’Veon Bell (NYJ), Rashaad Penny (SEA), Bilal Powell (NYJ) 

  • DeAndre Washington, Raiders v. Jaguars … If Jacobs is still sidelined then Washington is certainly in consideration because of his utilization in the running and passing game
  • Chris Thompson, Redskins v. Eagles … With the potential to be playing from behind and Guice out, Thompson could easily surpass the 5.67 catches (11th worst) and 43.5 receiving yards (13th worst) per game Philadelphia is allowing RBs this season

Wide Receivers…

Key injuries to watch: Mike Evans (TB), Devante Parker (MIA), Albert Wilson (MIA), Calvin Ridley (ATL), Auden Tate (CIN), D.J. Chark (JAX) 

  • J. Brown, Titans v. Texans … It’s never too smart to follow the hot hand but Brown has feasted on secondaries 2 of the last 3 weeks
  • Allen Hurns, Dolphins @ Giants … Can Hurns deliver some Fitzmagic in the Meadowlands as the new #1 WR with Parker out?

Tight Ends…

Key injuries to watch: Jared Cook (NO), Ryan Griffin (NYJ), Mark Andrews (BAL), Vance McDonald (PIT) 

  • David Njoku, Browns @ Cardinals … If Njoku isn’t peppered with targets then Head Coach Freddie Kitchens is a lost cause
  • Noah Fant, Broncos @ Chiefs … chances are if you are streaming a TE then your going to have to hope for a ‘boom week’ -- Fant has the ability to give you the game you are looking for and an opponent to do it against in Kansas City

Defense…

  • Seahawks @ Panthers
  • Raiders vs. Jaguars

Kickers…

  • Aldrick Rosas, Giants v. Dolphins
  • Matt Gay, Buccaneers @ Lions
