Streamers for the Desperate - Week 2

I hope your first week went better than mine. My teams went 1 and 2 in Week 1. Of course in one of my leagues, I got the 4th best score against the team that got the best score. Mostly I just left a lot of points on my bench.

Anyway, here goes Week 2. This is usually the best week of the NFL season to add players that slipped through everyone's radar during the draft. So here goes:

QB

  • Baker Mayfield, TBB (16.75) - Threw 2 TDs in Week 1. Up against a Bears D that gave up three passing TDs to Jordan Love in Week 1
  • Ryan Tannehill, Ten (15.22) - 0 TDs / 3 Ints - Not a good start for the season. Can't be that bad two weeks in a row, can he?
  • Desmond Ridder, Atl (13.46) - Only 18 pass attempts in Week 1, but was efficient. That number has to go up.
  • Joshua Dobbs, Ari (13.19) - The starter for Week 2.
  • Zach Wilson, NYJ (11.64) - The starter moving forward after the Jets lose Aaron Rodgers for the season.

RB

  • Deon Jackson, Ind (8.81) - Terrible Week 1 for the veteran, and Zach Moss is scheduled to come back in Week 2. But if you are desperate...
  • Gus Edwards, Bal (8.73) - Solid in Week 1. With J.K. Dobbins gone for the season, he will have more volume.
  • Kyren Williams, LAR (6.37) - Blow out Week 1. But McVay's RB usage split for Week 2 is anyone's guess.
  • Joshua Kelley, LAC (5.35) - Split carries evenly with Austin Ekeler in Week 1, and did not disappoint.
  • Justice Hill, Bal (5.73) - 2 TDs in Week 1, but only 9 yards on 8 carries. J.K. Dobbins is gone for the season, but Melvin Gordon is moving up from the practice squad, and Leonard Fournette is still looking for a lead role in 2023.

WR

  • Josh Reynolds, Det (10.02) - Will look to build on his strong start in Week 1.
  • Robert Woods, Hou (9.91) - Nice Week 1
  • Curtis Samuel,  Wsh (9.50)
  • Elijah Moore, Cle (9.48) - Hauled in 3 of 7 passes in Week 1 
  • Darnell Mooney, Chi (9.13) - Caught 4 of 7 pass and a TD in Week 1
  • Kendrick Bourne, NE (8.97) - 2 TDs in Week 1
  • Puka Nacua, LAR (8.96) - Spelled Cooper Kupp in Week 1
  • Tutu Atwell, LAR (7.90)

TE

  • Hunter Henry, NE (8.76)
  • Sam LaPorta, Det (8.59)
  • Logan Thomas, Wsh (8.14)
  • Hayden Hurst, Car (7.73)
