Terrance Marshall – CAR – 5.3ppg – 8%

With 15 targets over his last two games and 22.5 points, Terrance Marshall suddenly looks like he fits in that dynamic receiver class of 2021. Marshall seems to be on the upswing and its right in time for many fantasy owners in need of bye week replacements. Marshall should see increased usage in an upcoming divisional battle with the Falcons this week.

Donovan Peoples-Jones – CLE – 6.8ppg – 13%

Now hear me out… the Cleveland passing game isn’t something to write home about, however, DPJ has been very consistent all year. With Deshaun Watson just three weeks away from taking the reigns from Jacoby Brissett… the sky’s the limit for Peoples-Jones.

Cade Otton – TB – 5.4ppg – 5%

Tom Brady has a new dynamic threat at his disposal. Otton had a huge game against the Rams this past weekend where he scored the game winning touchdown. Otton may be one of the biggest adds of the week, go grab him!
