Today we explore a strategy that we call "Snipe the Shotgun". The goal is to enter only our best lineups in contests that allow a large number of lineup entries hoping to use the high diversity of other contestants to our advantage, not to win the contest outright, but to rank high enough to earn a payout. We adapt this strategy for four contests: an MLB Classic, an MLB Showdown, an NBA Classic and an NHL Classic. Then we examine the results and adjust our strategies for next time.
