A) You have multiple ways to contact Advanced Sports Logic, however, the most effective way to get us the information we need to help quickly resolve your issue is by submitting your support request directly from The Machine Help pages.

Go to The Machine page where you are experiencing an issue and click on Help.

Review the help information in the pop-up and scroll down to the bottom to see Related Questions.

If you can’t find the information you need in Related Questions, submit a request for additional support by clicking on the link "Still have a question? Click here to request additional support."  The following form will appear for you to add information related to your issue.

When submitting a support ticket, select a request type and category and enter any additional details regarding your request in the box provided to help us better understand the issue. Be sure to provide us with a valid email address if you would like us to respond or provide updates. 

After you click Submit Ticket, you will receive a support confirmation email with additional information.
